0300, Jade's ready to kick me out of bed because she thought I was sleeping restlessly. The, when I wake up and she figures out what's happening, she goes into supporter mode. I love her.
Cold water (cold shower) did not work - plus I was cold and wet. Turned it hot, no better. Ice pack? Should have used concrete (no effect).
Highligh of the hit was Jade saying to me - hey, could have been worse, you didn't drop an O2 botle on your little to on a cold tiled floor! Thanks Brian!
Day off work, MD appointment and hopefully Neuro referral.
It is just a shadow now.

that sucks Mattus. Cold showers only work for me early in cycle. The hot shower always soothes it a bit but does not abort. Solution for you toe problem....wear steel tips in the shower. Hey...hope your feeling better now and get a good neuro. Don;t be afraid to ask people hear of a good neuro who may be in your area

Doc gave me Cafgot (Ergotamine tabs). No more than 6 in a day, no more than 10 in a week. Pharmacist wasn't too happy when I said 'but 6 a day makes 42 in a week....!'
And I figured it out - there are poeple who don't think there's anything wrong with themselves unless it's bleeding or falling off. I think that, because nobody can see it, that I'm faking it.
Until I get the next hit, of course, then it f%#kin hurts!

LMAO -- not at you, but your sense of humor....
The ergotomine should work pretty well and you'll probably not need 6 in a day. They've always had a long-lasting effect on me.
Keep the sense of humor -- it helps...

Give Jade a hug from all of us, we love our supporters. Cafergot didn't work for me as it took too danged long to get into my system. Now I pop a cafergot when a CH starts, fire off my oxygen and kill the beast. The 02 knocks him down, the cafergot will buy me up to 12 hours pain free time.
Get Thee Some Oxygen!!!!  It's an order! Wishing you some pain free time.
