Hey, girl. I get menstrual migraines before and during my period - but it doesn't seem to be heavier during CH. The pain in my head nasty, with CH on the left and migraine on the right! It's f'in crazy!

I'm looking into the lupron depot shot to go into menapause - I don't want children and I want to stop the periods, to have some kind of relief. (I love kids, but I couldn't pass on migraines to them or even try to take care of them with this pain!)

Sorry if this grosses out the dudes!!  [smiley=hurl.gif]
Take care! Suziq

That is a sign of endometriosis of which I had.  It was unrealted to my ch.  However it did make my menstral migrianes just that much more miserable and longer lasting.  Talk to a gynacologist about it.  I ended up with a hysterectomy at 32 and wish I would have had it done years earlier as recomended.  Good luck finding some answers.

Carrie,
if my clusters happen to occur during my period, then the CH seem worse. I get migrains too. Neither are specifically menstrual. I hadn't noticed any difference in the flow.

I have SKIPPED my period when I had a bad cluster/migraine episode and landed in the ER or otherwise had  been using tons of pain meds. Shook up my system something fierce.

If I were you, I'd call my OB/GYN. please call.

Be well,
lionsound
