Praise the Lord! Started off like all the rest, 4-7 K3-4's, couple of 'em at night, the rest during the day. Then, instead of ramping up, I went a night and a day with nothing but K1 shadowing. So, I had a few beers. That brought on a K6 that evening, a couple of K2-3's that night, but nothing the next day. Went a couple of more days with nothing but some hard shadowing, so yesterday I had another 4 beers {can you tell I like my beer?}. Another K6 in the evening. But then, I slept all last night, and nothing today. I think I'll leave the beer alone for a couple of weeks, and see what happens. Weird though, as I've never had this happen before. For 30 years, when they start, they don't finish until the dance is over. I ain't even heard the fiddler' yet.

;) Drink beer during an episode, you pay the price in pain. Whats weird about that?
