Ok, just what does O (out), Q (questionable) & P (probable) really mean? Does it mean the players standing on the team or if they're gonna play or what???

Out means he is not playing
Questionable means he may play, He may not
Probable means he wil probably play

You hit the "submit roster" button each time you make a change to your team. Like if you move someone from your bench to a starting position.
Say your current starting Q gets hurt and you need to move a Q in his spot from the bench? "submit roster" will swap those two players around. Follow?
And remember, the only points counted each week when the season starts are those scored by your starting lineup. Your bench guys could have 300 points and they won't count for shit.
Don't worry, ESPN will give you projections each week for how many points they think each player will score. It's easier than it sounds and you'll have the hang of it after week 1, I promise..
