Vibes needed... Update 2

My Mother In Law Frances went into the hospital yesterday with severe chest pain. She's a tough old bird. So for her to ask to be taken to the hospital told us it was serious. The diagnosis came this morning: Aortic Dissection. This is what killed John Ritter - quickly. No one is sure why she's stlll here.
She was just transported to Mass General in Boston and will be undergoing surgery shortly. She's gonna be 80 this July and has advanced COPD so no one knows if she'll even survive the anesthesia.
If the old bird doesn't pull through I'm not sure who I'm gonna fight with anymore.
If you have a few vibes, prayers or positive thoughts to send her way we'd appreciate them.
