They usually occur in the evening (tho sometimes I wake up with a bit red ear), 5pm-night. But almost always when I lay down my attack start.

Few days ago it was like:
I felt pretty good whole day, my attack started around 21 and finished around 23. Then it was painfree (except eye... I always have to "push" my eye that much that it hurts even next day). I went to bed around 1am and it started once again...

About Verepamil... In the beginning I was taking 320mg per day but now it is 240.
40mg at 8 oclock
40mg at 14
80mg at 20
80mg at 2

Hi wash-out
I've been following your thread and wish all the good vibes I have to offer to you.
 I'm chronic
When my ch started it happend almost exclusively when I would lay down, that of course sent me on a wild goose chase of chiropractic money spending. To this day I can lay down espeacialy with my head proped up like for reading or watching Tv and give my self an attack. I've learned not to do that sort of laying of coarse but sometimes I get lazy and forget and the beast walks right on in before I relize it. My nuero just looked at me funny when I explained this to him. I also would have the same results by laying on my left side the ch side, so I always lay on my right side now. Gave my self a good dose of T.M.J. over the years. Cool
Best of Luck Dood
