Dr. just prescribed Neurontin for me in a two-fold type of use. One for clusters and the other for nerve problem in arms and hands resulting from an injury and then a somewhat unsuccessful surgery. Has anyone had any success with this drug stopping your cycle and if so what type of dosage did it require. He has only prescribed me one pill a day. Does anyone know about what the cost of a bottle of Neurontin might be. Thanks for any info. Wlt2424 longtime clusterhead!

I was on it for a long time. It never stopped my CH, but for a while at least, it helped "dull" them. Eventually, I was taking 1800 mgs a day, with few results.

Didn't work at all for me.......but then again I had little luck with most meds.............hope you have better luck!

It did for me at 900 mg, but it helps to be mixed with other meds. I was on Topamax and wellbutrin also, and at one point took it with lithium and sansert and it worked.

How the hell do you know if Neurontin worked if you were on Topomax, Lithium and Sansert??
The fact is that you can never know!
However, you got relief!

I am using Neurontin together with Verapamil.......working pretty good so far.
neurontin 2 x 1200 Mg per day
verapamil 2 x 240 Mg per day
Verapamil alone didn´t work for me.
