the drug acetazolamide? I realize its not a drug used to treat clusters but I found an interesting article from a heart failure site that I visit:

According to recent studies, this drug helps with sleep apnea. It seems to increase levels of oxygen in the blood as well as increase respiration. Do you all believe that this could possibly help those pesky clusters that awaken us during the middle of the night?

I tried it and it didn't help me. It is also used as an anticonvulsant for epilepsy. I took a very high dose of it also. Another name is Diamox.
