Water x 3 worked for me

I've been a sufferer for almost 20 years now. Typically the cycles last about 4 weeks; anywhere from 1 year to 2.5 years between cycles.
The last cycle to hit came on last week; it had been the longest between cycles ever (yay!) at 2 years 9 months. I started the water therapy at the first sign of a headache - I literally drank a gallon of water every day, and I only got two headaches, both of which were no more than a 2 on the pain scale.
Hooray!!

Keep us posted on this as I have always ben convinced that water helps but never stuck to the treatment enough to be sure.

It's been 3 weeks now, and no major blow-out headaches. Just the first couple. I even had a beer last Friday, and no headache.
Could I possibly be in remission?
