Benadryl and melatonin and taurine?

Okay guys, what are the odds that the above mix will screw my DH ?? He just tried Benadryl because he was very stuffed up and he feels better - but he also had a rockstar because he felt something happening up there........So, what should he try tonite? Melatonin is a given 6 mg. - would you go benadryl or taurine?
