I use it with some luck. The thing I've noticed is it take along time to kick in but it has a longer 1/2 life than imitrex and I would say about the same or longer than Relpax. Just my .02

I f ound it took an hr to kick in and only lasted for 2 hours before I was having another ch.  Hey, everyones different.  I think it is worth trying and seeing what it does for you.

If your going to go the triptan route, its another triptan to try.  It zapped my headache, but made me feel weak and achy all over for a day.   But that's just my body's reaction.

The demon has a way of finding its way around abortives. For example you may get relief from one tripan several aborts later it becomes ineffective. There are many triptans, Frova, Relpax, Imitrex, and others. Be careful about mixing. If one is abandoned wait at least 24 hours before taking another. The steroids are a common treatment. As mentioned above this is often "cocktailed with a prevent". Hang in there you are not alone. O2.
