i first tried the psilocybin treatment four days ago and all it seemed to to is make things worse how long should i wait to try it again or should i forget it and try it again at the very onset of my next cycle

From what I have read, it is not uncommon for things to get a bit worse than get a hell of a lot better.

You probably need to give it more time.

I find that anytime I add or take away something, the CH runs rampant, but it's temporary.

Sometimes you need to revisit things after five days or so.

Detoxing off as much as possible - subject to medical advice - off course and finger's crossed for you. Do try and get some feedback from the people at clusterbusters.

The lyrica may block the teatment.
Is that used for CH or for another condition?
