I’ve just been down to Perth for a couple of days & my daughter showed me this little beauty.

It’s a travelling heat pack that is filled with a sodium type (salt) gel that is activated by bending a tiny metal disk enclosed in the pack which sets off the reaction, it very quickly heats up and does get very hot & holds the heat for about 20 minutes depending on the ambient temperature of the air around you.
It’s re-usable & is rejuvenated by placing it in boiling water.
Unfortunately its no good for me as heat only intensifies a hit, cold packs are my thing, I have contacted the company to see if they are available elsewhere in the world & when I hear back I will post here
