This was on the local news last night.  NOt ure if would work for CH but there is a video showing someone getting lidocaine injections.  The link is below.  I hope I am posting it the correct way.

My guess is that it wouldn't be that helpful - this seems to be similar to botox, somewhat similar but further removed from a nerve block.  For tension and migraine headaches, might be worth a shot.
