Grin......I have had these things chronically for 13 years....Been to every headache clinic you know the drill....for the last three years I have been on Lithium Carb and 300-500 Trazadone.  It seems to skilp the non Rem portion of sleep and I have not had a headache for 3 years.

Ambien, 10 mg nightly for a year, I dream my ass off, never dreamed that much ever before, shit, I even get lucky now and then. Did nothing to deter REM sleep for me. YMMV  Wink Oh, I still get hit, but not as bad.
