I'm not sure what you are asking about.
Might this be of some help?

http://my.webmd.com/medical_information/drug_and_herb/drugs/default.htm

Or by 'international' do you mean in something other than English? That I can't help with.

There is an On-Line Medical Dictionary at:

http://cancerweb.ncl.ac.uk/omd/

It explains lots of incomprehensible medical terms with other incomprehensible words.     ;D

For information on drugs I use:

http://www.rxlist.com/

There you can search both for generic names and for trade names.  The fuzzy search used there comes handy for people who don't care for exact spelling.   :D
