send them an email saying that you would like to be abel to choos the dosage of your auto injector dont forget to mention that you are a Clusterheadach sufferer

That would be cool if they would do it, but they always claim there is no cost effective reason for them to do this.  Trex was approved for migraine usage, not for CH initially.  The number of migraine sufferers is insanely higher than those who suffer from CH.  Migraines are where the money is for GSK...in their eyes.
