Seems that migrine treatment is somewhat off-label, but not un-heard of for this drug.  It's primarily an anti-depressant, and seems to have had some success as as a an aid for people to stop smoking...
 
Accordign to the brief blurb I saw on the Robbin site referenced above it's eficacy in headache treatment is iffy, but that doesn't mean it isn;t worth a try I guess.

This is the very first med I tried way back when I was misdiagnosed.  Unfortunately, it had no effect on CH.  I didn't like that it made me sleepy.
