Consuming God's Flesh, again

Thanks to a particularly altruistic fellow sufferer here I got a batch in time for X-mas. Made the pink one's tea and slurped down approx. 1.5g dried (what appeared to be) Golden Teacher. Yuck. Physically holding my nose and munching some powerful spearmint candy made the medicine go down a bit easier.
Had a babysitter but probably didn't need one. Achieved a low L2, plenty of agita and just one stupid visual of an air return vent pulsating, or breathing. A h/a attempted to break through after 2 hours or so but quickly dissipated and left me with the typical stuffy nostril.
Have had some temple constriction but no attacks since ingestion. Hallelujah.
May have to dose again toward the end of the week but I'm thankful for the break. And, if I'm measuring correctly, I'm about 3/8ths the man REX is. Holy Cow Dude!

I made a change in pink's tea recipe.
I used lipton tea bags (2) instead of instant coffee and added quite a bit of honey to the hot cup of tea.
Ya might try it as it was MUCH better this way for me.

I have been doing the sip method... washing down about 1/8th gram ground up 2x daily since I started shadowing again a few days ago.
Working fairly well overall, though I miss the occasional L2's.
