more verapamil

On my last visit to neuro last monday, he decided that I should eat more verapamil. So now my dose is up to 600mg/day, 300mg in the morning and again in the evening. Let's hope that this works!

You should also consider eating 6-9mg Melatonin a half hour before bedtime. Here in the U.S. you can get melatonin at any pharmacy without a prescription.
The 600mg/day verapamil plus 6-9mg melatonin is what worked for me
