I was looking over the messages, and was struck by something. You were at the Neurologist two months ago? I take it you are just starting a cycle this week, did you also have one two months ago?

Interesting, my husband started a cycle on the 18th or so, and also had one beginning August 20-ish and lasted a little over 3 weeks. Just curious to see if others are on this same timeframe. We are both so worried that he might be turning chronic. His last attack before August had been two years before.

Anybody else? Thanks!

Im sorry i didnt see this til just now.
When i met up with the neuro it was late August or so.  At that time, i was just finishing a cycle that started in late June or so.

This is my 4th cycle this year.  Typically mine have lasted about 8 weeks or so, getting about 8 weeks (kind of) pain free too.  I asked about being chronic cause if I do triggers, alcohol, pain killers, excessive heat, I get a CH at any time, whether in cycle or not.  I was wondering if that means i am leaning on chronic too.  I dont think i am quite chronic yet, as i think i just went for about 30 days completely pain free.

Last year i got hit at this time too.  Cycle ended late november, new cycle started around christmas.
Good luck to you and your hubby.

Hi Guys, I just wanted to add that I was PF for almost 3 years, but my Cycle started on June 1st and lasted till the Last week in Aug.... I am expecting my next cycle to start in the middle of Dec. and last till the end of Feb.

I usually will get 2 cycles a year, but seeing how I was PF for almost 3 years, I thought I was done.. But the HA's were more Painful this time also..

Just my 2 cents..

God Bless & PFDAN's
