I have just started (within the last week) what appears to be another cycle after being pain free for 5 years. I have been taking Ambien to help me sleep for the last 3 or 4 months. I only usually take a half 5mg. dose. I average 4 nights per week. I have taken them periodically over the last 5 years but have been consistent over the last 4 months.

Has anyone ever experienced a recurring cycle after taking Ambien? Could there be a correlation?

I haven't, but have only taken them for the last week. Xanex seems to for me though.
