Hey gang

An insurance change at work has caused me to loose my Neuro. Now my GP is pretty good at helping me out. So he is gonna try to keep my regime going. However, being chronic and this last week has been brutal I need to go in. I am thinking about uping my Verapamil. It really helped mello out my attacks earlier. I am currently on 120MG twice a day. Of those of you who take it what is your dosages so I can discuss this option with him.

Give your doc a copy of this long article by one of the better headache docs in the U.S.
