Hello,

following OUCH germany advise, contacted some institutions to have a physician here to accompain me since we're probably staying here for life.
Haven't got the health insurance yet (too much burocracy to deal with the house, taxes, work contract, ) so I looked it up for the Uniklik that is to say the clinic in the university, where I though it would be more affordable as privat. but what a shock. first, of couser they want to repeat the whole process of diagnose, MRI including, so this is what I got as an answer regarding the prices

"An intial appointment with examinations would cost approx 1200 €, follow-.up visits approx 200 €."

i mean, is this normal ? I paied 450€ in privat for my MRI back home; private appointment : 80 euros..... [smiley=huh.gif]

Slip over to England, I hear it's free if ya got 6 months or so to wait.
