... agent is carbamazepine. Did anyone try it? Do you have experiences? If yes, please share it.

I had an alergic reaction to tegretol.  I am allergic to most seizure meds except topamax and neurontin.

Have been on Tegretol and Neurontin, was a no go for me.  Short working lifespan on Tegretol, nothing on Neurontin and bloody stupid on Topomax.
