Hello. Me again. Volunteers needed! Yes, you are responding! It is now the time to respond with your specific expertise. Here is a small part of a large proposal created by Mr. Bobby Gilliam. As O.U.C.H grows, there will be more proposals added. Right now we need to build a strong “work force”. Please E-mail Barbara D. at bcenter123@aol.com to volunteer. Step one is to organize small clusters of people. (Sorry, couldn’t resist). These “clusters” can “meet” as listed below.
Initial Proposals
1. Create a temporary transition team. (Bobby Gilliam, Barbara D., drummer).
They will serve during the formative and pre-launch stage of O.U.C.H until such time as the By-laws can take effect.
2. Create Geographical areas and have representatives in those areas. ie.: Bobby/OK, Barbara/TX, drummer/NY, lc bob/San Francisco, Nancy/Kansas, etc……Need many more states and countries!!!
Responsibilities include E-mailing people from their local geographical area.
Holding a structured Chat session for each area. ICQ?
Meet in a group? Can you imagine! Actually seeing a live cluster sufferer like you!
3. Make a dynamic action plan. (By that I mean hands on for all of the people in the group)
Talking, chatting, E-mailing, meeting.
Sharing ideas for promoting O.U.C.H
(A dynamic action plan is one that is always evolving growing and expanding for the groups’ benefits.
We need to create strong teams, because the organization will only be as strong as each of the teams. We must begin with the end in mind. Be sure to add anything that you think should be a part of the plan. Don't hold yourself back. While it may be impractical at the start, we have to have an eye on it for later.
Organize Volunteers into these areas:
Communications
Newsletter (Graphics, ideas, etc…)
Internet (DJ is the web-master of our HOME! Clusterheadaches.com)
Records Administration
Member Data Base
Research Data Base
Financial Record Keeping
Member Services
Welcome partner (A big brother/sister type program to help a CH sufferer/supporter who is not “on-line”)

Good grief Den, I almost missed this here. And had forgotten about this and Bobby Gilliam (what happened to him- he was getting hit real bad the last time I talked to him - geezz he was organized). Most of what's here is still what we're trying to do now. Guess some ideas don't die.......
This needs to be posted up on the other board so everyone can read it. I think they might miss it here.
