P.S. that model I have been doing for OUCH "Beast Hunter" will be ready to be presented to whoever will take it to next years convention to be auctioned off or maybe given to Mr and MRSDJ I promise I know I have been working on it for going on now 2 years but those who have seen my work or have gotten a model from me know that I do a pretty good job if I may say so Terry "the builder"

Room Rate = $89.00 a night.
You can request a room by the atrium - but that's $10.00 more. But - the more of us by the atrium - the less people there are to complain about us. 
When you call to make reservations - tell them you're with OUCH, or you wont get the special rate.
The normal rate for the weekend is $99 - 109.
Everything is the same as last year, (and the year before). (and the year before)
We ARE allowed coolers and the atruim is OURS.
Except they said that they atrium WILL close at 11pm  - but we'll find another spot to gather in....
For those of you who are flying in - there's the Moline Airport in Moline, Illinois. Right across the river.
There's a shuttle to and from the airport (free of charge) or there's ME  !
Just let me know if you need a ride.
Fuzzy slippers and Pajamas are not mandatory, but expected.

Did some checking.......they advertise a standard rate of 89.00 per night on their website. AAA/Senior rate is 80.00 so if anyone can take advantage of that I'd book using AAA.
Jean said something about not being able to make it the last week in January.......I hope I am mistaken.

hi all Terry here in Davcon Iowa I said earlier that if we got kicked out of atrium at the hotel we could go 6 blocks to my house and party in basement well my bro-in-law wife and two kids are moving to Cosumel Mexico at end of month and they are storing all that they cant take in my basement so I wont be able to hold to the promise of going to my house and party sorry all. I am saving extra $ so maybe I could rent that conference room like we used last year cant wait to see you all Terry

I have decided to start an unoffical "Get Jean to come to DavCon" campaign!
I'm willing to contribute the largest bass a person can buy in the Quad Cities area. Next we need someone to donate a first place trophy.
A massive write in effort is in the planning stages as well.
