Has anyone ever heard of any kind of conference or meetings in Canada?
Maybe I'll have to try to make it down to one south of us....It looks like an informative weekend and good time!

I'm planning on organising a meet and greet at Niagara at the end of July/beginning of August if that would interest you? I'd love to meet you and you'd hopefully just about survive meeting me

Angie and myself are only about a 3 1/2 hour drive from Niagra, so we could be there no problem. I will keep checking this thread daily.

I'm in the UK right now but spend a lot of time in Syracuse NY cos of a certain 'nuvver clusterhead! Knowing Niagara wasn't far from Carole (Grandma Sweet boy) and Barry and Angie as well as CHarlie in Jamestown NY made me think it would be perfect for all of us to meet up there.
It'll be end of July, beginning of August, for definite but until I book the tickets for myself and the little limey's I won't be able to make a definite date. (okay little -ER cos I'm a short-arse!  )

I'm from southwestern Ontario originally and am usually back there at least 2 times a year. Will be there this summer for sure; Where are you located Sue? My family lives in the Chatham area.
Helen, depending on whether or not Clark gets orders to move from Omaha, I am hoping to make it to the Niagara get together  I will be back home this summer to celebrate my Mom's 65th b'day and to let the kids see their relatives and their father; Unfortunately the military doesn't seem to think I have any need of knowing whether I'll be moving or not until the last possible moment so I have no idea what the time frame for this summer will be.

It's a pretty central spot for all of us then. I know MVT is around that area of CA somewhere too so hopefully he can join us, it's looking like we'll end up with a pretty good number of us
Don't forget partners, family members, kids, friends.. all are welcome! Supporters are every bit as important as sufferers as lets face it, where would we be without them?

Hi,
This sounds like a really good idea. I hope I would be able to meet whenever this is planned. I have a young family and a shift working husband so I am not sure what lies in store for us this summer. I met Barry and wife Angie last summer suring a family trip to Bracebridge- what a great apportunity that was! I will check for updates to see more about Niagara.
The UK is a long way to travel - what dedication!
