Hello
My name is Crystal I have had episodic Ch's for the last 10+years every 18-24 months for 2-6 weeks at a time. I am 30 I have been Married 5 years I have one dog no kids and I live in th Pocono Mts. of PA. I am looking for a group or I am looking to form a group in my area I just moved to the Poconos in August from Florida and I need a good support system in my new home. I have family and friends but, I also need people in my life that understand Ch's.

Hi Crystal - why not hop on over to the newcomer's boards and introduce yourself.

You'll find a ton of support.

You might also try some of the buttons to the left of the message board for tips and suggestions.

There are a few in Penn. But they don't come around as much as they used to.

While I am actually from New York, I love to travel to the Poconos. Used to go hunting and fishing on Lake Wallenpaupak(Spell?) years ago. A close friend still has a house there. Let me know if you get anything going!!

i cruise across the pa turnpike quite a bit. let me know if you find others in your area. now i am addicted to meeting other clusterheads.
