It has to be online already. There's two rows of icons above when writing a post. Top line starts with the Bold, Italic, Undeline one. The second line hsa a bunch of weird pictures. The fourth one in hsa what looks like a white frame with a small landscape picture in it. Click on it and it'll look like this: [img URL [/img (I removed the outside "closing brackets so it'll show up as text). Replace the "URL" with the web address of the pic you want to post.

don't feel bad, Jewel - the only pic I can see in this thread is Michelle's Lizzy.....I can't see yours or Ted's either. It's not just you.
Ted sees things sometimes though - we've just learned to accept that about him, over the years.
