When my brother flew out to visit us in 1980, he thought he'd have to fly in to Salt Lake and drive the rest of the way.  He didn't think we had airports.

Just funnin' with you guys up north.

very cool, Michael Smiley  I don't actually follow the serious competition of curling, it's just usually something we do at Christmas parties....but it's a lot of fun!!

Michael, I love you to pieces, but a game? A game? It looks more like an activity to me. Like shuffleboard without the crutches. Grin

Just kidding you, Michael. My grandmother-in-law was a member of the U.S. national championship curling team back in the 1940's. Now she rocks! (I should say rocked)

There is an OUCH UK also.  I don't know where the site is or to much info on it.  But I do know it exists.  I would imagine that they have their own conventions since they have thier own message board etc.  Maybe someone will come here after me and can give you more information on it.

No specifics, yet, Robin. Keep an eye on this board for details, as it gets closer to July. There is absolutely nothing better than meeting another clusterhead. Except... meeting 50 of them.  Grin
