Internal Server Error

I am getting an "internal server error" a lot in the last few days. It is appearing more frequently now than it was yesterday or earlier today....when I click on a topic to read, or even to get into chat..a page comes up that says internal server error, please contact the administrator...I refresh or back track and re-open until the page loads. Anyone else having this problem?

I've email my host about it, they are looking into it.
