Who is the "surgeon"?

Who is Ali Zelal? What country is he from? Why is he sending me e-mails about cluster headache surgery? Is he for real or a quack? If he is a quack, lets stop him? If he isnt, how come everyone doesnt get the surgery?

hey oldsurf,
I asked about this on the general board. The vets say he's some quack that comes around every now and then and posts and spams. I guess he'll just go away now...
