I have a few funny pics to post and cant do it.  I got them im my e-mail so they are on my computer do I have to post them on the web somewhere?

Yes..images have to be on the web somewhere

Place image address in between "image" tags

HYPERLINKS the same way

You can describe images or hyperlinks by adding an "=" sign after the first 3 letters (in these 2 cases) and adding the address to the image / hyperlink after the first "img" or "url" HTML signature

ie...[img=imageaddress] PHOTO [/img]
same for URL addresses

You think a 4 year old would get this?
(sorry, Un-Solved ;))

Does it mean that I can go to any website, anywhere, and just grab any picture I want?

Yes, you can,

Right click the image, click "copy image location" and paste it in between the [img][/img].
