Old is when you have to explain to a very pretty bank teller what a fountain pen is. Guy standing next to me was in some kind of conversation about it. The poor thing didn't know what he was talking about. Of course "stupidity" is a word that keeps rattling around in my head as well.

Oh shoot -- what's all this talk about OLD people -- I can still party hardy -- (just as long as the party ends by 8 P.M. :) )....

And Charlie -- I KNOW what a fountain pen is.... Just mention an Underwood typewriter and watch for the blank stares... :'( And this younger generation thinks they know EVERYTHING......

I SAW 12:30AM LAST NIGHT! :o We got together with our biking friends for a potluck dinner and some drinks and got home just after midnight!!!!!!

I guess I am not that old after all! :)

Well I may not be as old as some of you but I age pretty quick. I was diagnosed with the gout when I was 25. Even the doctor was making fun of me. My friends and family still tease me about it because according to the doc, your not suppose to get it til your 40's at the earliest. But yes, if I was allowed to go sleep at 9:30, I would. An infant and a kid with night terrors doesn't allow me. I need a nap!

I worked in the yard today for about 5 hours trimming trees and bushes. Jumped into the shower, got out and felt the muscles in my arms and shoulders starting to tighten up.

I have a strange feeling I am gonna look like one of the guys from DEVO or a member of a troop of Irish dancers tomorrow morning and won't be able to lift my arms.

Guess I'll have to hold my toothbrush still and move my head from side to side tomorrow morning....sheesh.

Getting older sucks!
