I have no clue! That's why I am procrastinating, looking at the boards. I was hoping for a good idea on this post but only came up with chips, chocoalte and water??? I ate a peppermint patty trying to decide. Everything is frozen and I spent too long at the beach today so I don't even feel like cooking. Maybe carryout something???? Help!!

I may just pop in a frozen pizza...

After that damn late modle Doge Ram extended cab truck with topper decided to cross 3 lanes of traffic right in front of me at rush hour nearly making me slam right into him, and tires squeeling behind me to avoid a rear ending...Good grief my heart rate still hasn't slowed down.

Oh - My - God! Jimmers! Nothin' better than Dentice Brothers Italian sausages, grilled to perfection, on Sciortino's rolls.

Unfortunately, I believe Dentice Brothers are out of business ever since Tony suffered some debilitating health problems.

Your right Bill!

But I do have a replacement Italian sausage for the Dentice sausage! My good friend Bill Jennaro (Judge Jennaro's Nephew) who works at Sendiks in Mequon is a butcher there and makes his own Italian sausage, and has been for years. They are to die for! They are so lean, they don't even burn on the grill!

If you want when Pat's feeling up to it, I can bring over a couple of pounds to grill (with the Sciortinos rolls of course) whilst we imbibe and our wimmens tell each other how wonderful they have it being married to guys like us! ;)

I love being married to a Sicilian! You can tell by looking at my belly! :D Call me, I'm there dude!

With the weather as hot as it is today, I'm thinking about a cold tuna/noodle casserole or shrimp salad or something like that.

With pink lemonade of course!

10 in the morning and I'm thinking about dinner. What the hell is wrong with me? :D

It's a date, Jimbo. Pat won't be back on real food for awhile, but once she is, you're on.

mmm, shrimp salad sounds good!

and there's nothing wrong with thinking about dinner right now.  I'm asked allllllll day long, "what's for dinner?" ::)

Oh no, not again!!! I hate thinking of what to eat. It doesn't help that everyone is going three different ways between 4 and 7:00. I need good ideas that can be made ahead and put in the refrigerator so people can get it when they are here.

First let me say I am a fast food junkie.  We don't have them here in St. Louis but.... When we leave for Myrtle Beach tomorrow, we will stop for a few days in Kingsport Tenn. to visit family.    They have a Pal's fast food places there.  The building is shaped like a hot dog!  I am gonna have  the biggest ol' chili burger!  Yum!

I get that question during breakfast!!!   ;D

I started getting everything out to make omletes and then realized we were out of eggs.  Went down the road to the "Fresh Eggs" sign where the local chicken farmer grabbed a basket and went to the ckicken coop.  I love fresh eggs.....they are so pretty.....all different colors.  :)

You talkin' to ME? I didn't write that in the first place. And no, Pat's not cooking anything. Chances are the teenager and I will go eat off premises. You know, so as not to tantalize.

She's just home from the hospital with a nasty infection in her descending colon. Very bland diet for awhile.

I made a huge batch of baked Ziti.  This is night 3.  So tomorrow I actually have to cook.  :P

Cook up a bunch of pasta. Cameron likes the wagon wheel kind.  cook up 4 pounds of beef, sausage whatever sounds or looks good at the time. I used ground turkey this time.  using a lot of garlic.  Dump in lots of sauce in with the meat.  I use Prego.  I hate making my own sauce. Layer the pasta, sauce and cheese in a big casserole, as many layers as needed and top with cheese.  Bake at 350 for 15 mins. and dish up.

Fairly fast, easy and filling as hell.   8-)

Think tomorrow will be baked chicken. I use Kraft Blue cheese salad dressing and garlic.  Makes a great sauce. Even my 5 yr old loves it.  ;)

Dinner was leftover salad, sausage-vegetable soup (home made) and cheese bread (also home made).

Little bit later, when Timo's friend came over, we some nachos.
