Our 11th grandchild arrived Thursday morning at 9:45 a.m.

Like his big brother before him, they had some trouble with delivery and babe's heart stopped during the process.

All is well now and Mom and baby are home today.

He weighed in at an even 8 lbs. but they still haven't chosen a name for him.

It's been a long week for all of us.

My apologies for my absence and my silence of late - to those who need hugs (for whatever reasons) - consider them given now.

Envious congrats your way, my daughters have not seen fit to marry and bring me grandkids yet...patiently waiting! ;)

Congrats Carol -- I'm still green with envy.. think you should share some of those kids... it's just not right to keep them all to yourself...

And Joe, they're worth the wait... worth raising the kids just to get one.. :) But if Carol would share we wouldn't have to wait so darn long -- she's got so darn many -- Maybe she could send us some Canadian WATER down here... :D

The newest addition to the Christmas List will be called
Nathaniel Theodore. Theodore is actually for his Auntie Teddi (my youngest daughter).

I expect he'll get called Nate - but I guess time will tell.
