It's been around awhile but I just got introduced to the neti pot. It's nothing but a small teapot shaped container that you use to flush the sinuses with a saline solution.
I've had sinus problems for awhile that are aggravted by CH and this thing is magic. Simple, cheap and feels real soothing after a hit.

Thanks for sharing this tip!  It can provide a good flush of the sinus.  

Beware overuse though.  It can lead to a severe drying of the nasal passages and also affects the natural bacteria that we need for the nose to function normally.

I knew a yogi once who overused this technique and lost her sense of smell for 6 months.

Having said all that, used sparingly it can really help.
