We have an offer on our house. We are in the negotiations now. Please pray that it works out and doesn't fall through or anything.

UPDATE: Our offer was accepted and we will close on either Friday or Monday. Just a few days away. Yeah!! Thanks for all your support guys it means alot.

I sense that you guys are happy and relieved, and for that I'm also relieved. But this statement confuses me. "Our offer was accepted" seems to imply that YOU put in an offer that was accepted by somebody. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is an offer that was put in by somebody on your former home, and accepted by you and Ted. Right?

Yes, Brew, we moved into our new home in Feb. Ted can walk to work now he is that close and come home for lunch on certain days. Sure beats the gas prices. The neighbors are wonderful and I can see why Middleton was voted the #1 small city to live in a couple of years ago.
