Has anyone ever tried IV Histamine Desensitzation treatment? If so, did you see results?

Can you define histamine treatment?  It can mean several things.

Do you mean the Histamine Desensitization therapy used by the Diamond Headache Clinic?  We did have a member here, UnSolved, who has done that a number of times.  I know he didn't have success at first, but later got a good amount of success with it.  Unfortunately he had to keep going back, and I thought that towards the end it quit working for him, but I may not be remembering that exactly right.  He was still suggesting it to people to try right up until he quit posting here.

I have heard a mix of enthusiasm about the treatment from headache specialists.  There are not many centers that adopt the use of this therapy.  However, when all else has failed, it is still something to consider...
