We are teaching kids at an earlier and earlier age that their actions have no consequences and if they fuck off in school, they will still pass.
This is the marxist thing we were talking about in the other thread. Nanny state, pure and simple. This is friggin crazy.

Guess that rules out Teacher calling your parents when you don't turn in your homework and Daddy wearing his belt out on your rear cause you waz goofing off?

Geezzz! if all my old teachers weren't dead or in nursing homes I think my class would have a class-action lawsuit -- we actually had to WORK to get grades... imagine that!!! But we LEARNED and we didn't need to take a damn test to graduate.

But we waz doing it all wrong apparently....
