Title: Bill O'Reilly Post by jimmers on Sep 5th, 2008 at 8:14am
Lost some respect from me last night. Here he is, interviewing someone who could potentially the next President of The United States, and every time he would ask Obama a question, he would keep interrupting him or butting in while he (Obama) was trying to answer the question. Even Barb, who doesn't get into politics to much said, "Man, that guy is an a$$hole, why doesn't he let him finish his answer?"
I would feel the same way regardless of who he was interviewing. If I were Sarah Palin and BO'R asked me to be on the show, I'd be very careful, especially with his track record with the women :o What a friggen jerk! >:( Loves to hear himself talk I guess. Jimmers |

I'm with you, jimmers, on Bill O'Bully.........except calling him an A$$hole is to kind.....he's more of a p***k in my estimation. I don't watch him for just the reason you stated. He's the same to almost everyone unless they are kissing his butt (what a repulsive thought [smiley=hurl.gif]) And.....FOX News is to Republican for me.... ::)
Saw him interviewed on one of the news shows (60 Minutes maybe) and he was the same there......wouldn't even let the interviewer finish a question. Was hoping he'd get his over that harassment deal but he bought that one off PDQ... >:( Jacks 8-) |

Some time ago, I saw an old tape of this rectal aperture when he was young, at a news desk somewhere. He didn't know he was being filmed and screamed every obscenity there is at the crew and acted like a spoiled child. It must have been HBO because it wasn't sanitized. He clearly hated himself as much as the world which he pollutes every day. At least he is where he and his ilk belong: The Fox news comedy channel.

That is VERY annoying when you are trying to hear someone speak and they keep getting interrupted.
I used to listen to Thom Hartmann but I stopped because he always does that. |

Fox News has some real punk-assed douchebags, Bill O'Reilly being one of them (Hannity and Colmes being a couple others), but they also have some brilliant commentators, namely Brit Hume and Charles Krauthammer.
I don't watch it unless their better ones are on. |

I wonder if we put a gag in his mouth and made him listen, would his head explode like the guy in the movie Scanners? :D
I can hope, can't I! ;D Jimmers |

I didn't watch that interview because Bill O is a class-A douchebag. Watching one douchebag interview another douchebag isn't a very productive way to spend time. (my sincere apologies to any douchebags that are offended) and... yes, his head would explode just like the movie if you gagged him |

Did God forbid you liberals from the bitter truth? Or are you afraid it might taint the aspartame in you Kool-Aid.
Can anyone name one meaningful achievement those liberal Czars (Pelosi and Reid) in congress have achieved in the last 3 years besides not missing a vacation? I'm no big fan of Bill O’Reilly but at least he supports our troops and shows up to shake their hands on the battle field cameras present or not! Edit to add: Ya know the only legitimate drum the democrats have to beat is the education situation in the public school systems. The Clinton’s had 8 years of what they call prosperity and Bill spent that time chasing Monica around the oval office and Hillary making enemies. The result of those 8 years left the school system decimated and you see ads on the tube about how the US is down the list in the 30’s for math and science worldwide. If the democrats cannot achieve anything on their strongest issue, how can they be prepared to take on the hard global issues? Ever since Ted Kennedy Got away with Chappaquiddick, the democrats think they should be able to get away with murder. ::) Be careful not to get that Kool-Aid all over you shirts whilst adjusting your blinders. |

Take it easy Rolo,
This is not a political debate thread, only a thread pointing out that Mr. O'Reilly was acting like a fuggin jerk during an interview and like I said, I would feel the same way no matter who he was interviewing. No need to start calling people Liberals when you have no idea what they believe in or how they vote. If you really couldn't see what the content of this thread was, then YOU Sir are really the one wearing the blinders. Political views are like snowflakes, every one is different. People should not let their dislike of a political party consume their very being. There are pills and therapy that can help with that, if it becomes an issue. Jimmers |

Sorry about that, sometimes I get to ranting and forget the sticking point.
Yea, Bill can be pretty snide, and quite often. You don't have to like him to admire his manly deeds and he is very effective at getting to the bone of the story. Rolo. :) Edit to add; I think we are all starting to get a political fever and it will be a devastating flu year! |

By the way, just where do you get those pills to make you immune to Charlie?
I may need some soon! ;D |

I agree wonderfully. He sure does like to hear his own voice. Vinegar shots with water back all around [smiley=me&mb.gif] all the best thebb and that's the way it was, I miss Walter Cronkite. 8-) |

Rock on Jimmers! All through this post!
BTW you need to get a guy that will cable farther up north. Those jobs I mentioned where your guy no longer works for you I had to use someone else, obviously, I got crap results and it made my life hell last week. Oh well, I got to dust of some of my cabling chops. I guess it is good to get back to basics once in a while. OH BTW - NFL Network replayed Favres first game as a Packer yesterday (vs cincy) and it was aweseome. Also the story of his career: packers were down by 6 with 1:07 to go. They should be tied cuz they missed 2 FGs themselves, but they are not. Kickoff from the Bengals looks like it is going out of bounds and it for sure will go in the endzone if it doesn't Robert Brooks feilds it anyways and immediatly steps out of bound at the EIGHT yard line. No time outs. Total of 5 plays later (and a couple of drops) Farve throws 2 huge laserbeams to win. Man if Sharpe would have stayed healthy the world would have been the Packers for twice as long as it was...... |
