you are confused  ;).  It was a female to male *conversion* (sorry I have a headache and can't think of the proper word).  *She* didn't make the full transfer, kept her inner and outer organs.  The baby was born naturally to *him* and his wife.

As a woman yet to go through the 'pleasures' of pregnancy, you're really not selling it to me at all.

Em there are lots of ways of avoiding epithingies don't worry honeybun and I can honestly say, as every other mother here with agree with - the pain is unlike anything else you'll ever endure. It's pain with a purpose, it's pain with gain! It's worth every minute and it's all forgotten the minute they put your baby into your arms..
