thank-you, one and all. I've thought seriously about doing a calendar. I can do them through Ritz for about $20.00 each.

Here's a few that I took yesterday. This is Emerald Mound, the second largest temple mound in the US. It is an 8 acre mound built on a natural hill and was from about 1300-1600 by the Mississippians, ancestors of the Natchez Indians.

This was a fun little climb, especially carrying all my camera gear (this is after I made the climb up the base mound)

The areas around Natchez (and Natchez itself0)are still recovering. There's still alot of downed trees everywhere you look, some twisted off like toothpicks and some just blown over.
