Whoo-Hoo!!!!!!!!!!

Couldn't be happier for you Dave.  Soooo, a party at your cottage, huh?  Depending on where the convention is this year....the ones of "US" that can't let it go... will be there to party, fish, take out your boat, and just generally be a pain in the a$$.    May want to start planning now for July.   ;D

Trike , Truck , Semi , Golf Cart , even Schwins, There is room for Campers , Tents , plus there is an excellent resort called Lake Lawn. Before we bought the cottage thats where we stayed. And if you want to stay low budget there is a little Motel right across from the public boat launch , a park , and a public beach. The Motel is called Lake View and its very nice and cheap I do say the word nice a little loosely lets just say for the price it's nice.

Anyway right now I can hardly contain myself I have lots of planing to do we have to get my furniture up there. I need to buy bunk beds for the kids ect........... and much more.

Tomorrow we have the home inspection. I hope it passes with flying colors. Any advise on what to look for. I live in the city so I know what to look for but in a country home I know there is different things but I'm not quite sure what they are.

The most important thing in a rural area is your:

1. Septic and leach lines

2. Well.

anything else can be fixed cheaply.  Get an inspectors o.k. on those 2 things and you'll be fine.

How cool we have a public sewer system so no septic to deal with so all we have to be worried about now is the well everything passed with flying colors. The furnace , hot water tank , water softener , and roof are all only 3 years old  ;D ;D
