for me its not the cost of joining.
free or not it has little to offer me, its too hirearchical in nature.
it seems that to rest easy at <ouchuk.org>,
you have to be of a certain nature, and not disscuss
'' certain CH relief routes '' introduced by < clusterbuster.com>.
or, maybe its just too '' Dam British ''. andrew.  :).

I was wondering where it went Andrew.  Thought I had been seeing things.  Because you had asked a question of OUCH-US...I sent a pm in to OUCH's spokesperson to answer it for you and whoosh...it was gone.
