Hello all,
Its been almost 2 years since my last CH cycle.  All the classic symptoms were present during past episodes.  However in the last couple weeks I have had several Hits that are different.  I have read that not all CH sufferers have the same symptoms but most have talked about the eye closing/watering and the nostril congesting and running.  Those 2 symptoms are missing this time but the pain in the neck,cheek,temple, eye are all the same.  I am not on any meds right now for CH but thank god I have O2 on hand which so far has helped to abort them. Pred has helped in the past so hopefully when I call the Dr. in the morning he will perscribe again.

I am very curious if anyone else has had their CH's morph like this in the past?

I'm no expert but... START PRINTPAGEMultimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to or END PRINTPAGE if clusters can occur without pain, I'd imagine it's possible for one to pop up without the normal symptoms, too. Expecially if the O2 is helping. I'd say ask your doctor..

I don't always get the eye/nose symptoms either.  My nose never "runs" but it does get stuffy on my cluster side.  Sometimes my eye tears way ahead of the attack or in the complete absence of an attack.

We're all weird in our own way.  Try not to dwell on it  ;)
