:D :D First off let me start by saying that Myself and My Lady Love are going to be in Myrtle Beach, SC at the Beach next weekend 10-10 through 10-14 if there are any cluster heads that want to hook up for a "Meet and Greet" with Old Sailpappy,  We are staying at the Sea Crest resort!
        Next item is another reference to our pain tolerance levels, I went to the orthopedic surgeon last Friday and he told me that the ankle is still broken and will never heal because I have "Kienbock Syndrome" and the bone has died, all they can do is fuse the ankle, I don’t want to be gimpy for the rest of my life so I will just continue to endure the pain from it and still be able to walk without a cane.
       Well then on Tuesday I took the bike in to see how much new tires are going to be,(OMG! why are motorcycle tires so much, $275.00 for the back tire alone and $55.00 to put it on!)
        My toe on the left foot felt like it was touching the end of my boot and when I got home and took the boot off it was swollen up from behind the toes to the crown of my foot, went to the doctor yesterday and had it x-rayed--the injury from 15 months ago was not just a bad sprain like the ER Doctor said, its been broken this whole time!  Who wants to go hiking???
      So I guess having a high pain threshold isn't such a good thing after all!      John

John, the ankle news just plain SUCKS!!!  But a cantankerous, ornery old fart like you should be able to deal with whatever has to be dealt with!

DAMN!!!  I wish I could head down to Charleston to see you again, but I have other things that can't be changed, that I have to do up here.

We have to get together with that Cat Woman, and Beeyul, (and any other interested peoples)  and set up a party ... I am SO ready to party down!!!  LOL
