No matter how hard I try to "IDIOT PROOF" everything at the office before I leave for a day, something is usually majorly FU%^ED UP when I get back! Some people can take the simplest thing and turn it into the worlds biggest SNAFU >:(

This is the same person that wants to be management in the future, or so he says. I have showed him how to do this task at least 100 times, but it isn't sinking in :-/ Probably not going to get his wish.

The girl 'serving' started whinging that she only got thirty minutes for her break and couldn't understand why the whole pub cracked up.

I hate firing people, it's gut wrenching...and always feels like a personal failure cuz I hired 'em. BUT:

"It's not the ones you fire that make your life miserable, it's the ones you DON'T".

Eventually, I come to that realization...Sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do...
