The following is a commercial that I came across, but the message I think is one we need to consider about ourselves.  We to often think of ourselves as limited by our disability and and we become identified by our syndrome.  We tend to get down on ourselves and settle for what is easily attained instead of reaching deep within ourselves to bring out what is really there, but we are afraid to let it out because of our condition.  I'm glad Beethoven didn't allow his deafness to stop him!  He even wrote two whole symphonies after losing his hearing.  I know I'm going to start stretching myself a bit more.  I guess this kind of focused my thinking outside of my normal parameters.  Hope it does the same for you.

You got it Jonny.  Didn't they pick a good one to showcase the ideal they were portraying?  It actually got me off my tail and working on a project I had let wither for quite a while.  I'm going to make it work somehow.  She could not hear the music, and I can't read music, but I'm going to write it.
